What are your refunds/return policies?

We give full refunds for any returns of our products if they are sent back unused and unopened. We also send replacements for any products that have gotten lost in the mail. To get the ball rolling on returns, fill out subject line with RETURN or REFUND and email support@medicineboxwellness.com

Once we get your inquiry, we will need your order along with the packing slip within two weeks in order for you to get your refund. Make sure to send it to this address:

It typically takes seven days to process a refund from the time we’ve initiated it. You’ll get a receipt confirming the refund once it’s official.

What if I need to cancel?

We will gladly cancel your order and reimburse you should you choose to cancel if you do so within 24 hours of your initial order.
