However, no matter if you specifically suffer from an anxiety disorder, you can still suffer from living in an Age such as this, where mental unwellness is as contagious as COVID. Some people may experience panic attacks, while others may have reoccurring episodes that interfere with their daily lives. Regardless of its severity, it is important to find ways to deal with it.

We are not to judge
