What is the 1CaB?
The 1CaB is the inaugural suite of products — Equanimity, Happy Belly and Vital Recovery — released nationally by herbal wellness brand Medicine Box. Focused on a lifestyle which prizes rest, digestion and immunity, they can be taken separately or altogether as part of a lifestyle which embraces Medicine Box’s Seven Pillars as a means of creating optimum mental and physical well-being.
Can these products be used in tandem? If so, how?
We recommend these as general starting guidelines:
- Happy Belly: twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.
- Vital Recovery: twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
- Equanimity: Approximately 30 minutes before sleep.

When should I expect to receive my product(s)?
We estimate 3-5 days to reach most areas in the United States. After purchasing your order, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number to assist you in following your package.
If your order was never received, well, that ain’t right. Please respond back with your order and tracking number here. Unfortunately, the USPS misses a few three-pointers here and there, so we’ll do our best to track it on our end. If we can’t do so and you’d like a replacement, please let us know within 72 hours.
What are your refunds/return policies?
We give full refunds for any returns of our products if they are sent back unused and unopened. We also send replacements for any products that have gotten lost in the mail. To get the ball rolling on returns, fill out your report here.
Once we get your report, we will need your order along with the packing slip within two weeks in order for you to get your refund. Make sure to send it to this address:

It typically takes seven days to process a refund from the time we’ve initiated it. You’ll get a receipt confirming the refund once it’s official.
What if I need to cancel?
We will gladly cancel your order and reimburse you should you choose to cancel if you do so within eight hours of your initial order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! But we’re working on it. In the meantime, drop a line and let us know if you need the 1CaB in any of your areas.
Can I buy your products in stores?
I own a store/purchase for a store chain. How can I carry your products in my store?
